James Cyze, Founder & Managing Partner
James brings over 8 years of leadership experience across eCommerce, IT, and finance. He previously scaled and exited a U.S.-based logistics business at a 5× valuation and has led multi-channel sales teams, ERP implementations, and digital platform builds generating over ¥500 million in added revenue.

With on-the-ground experience in Japan’s real estate sector and a track record of building high-growth teams, James now focuses on acquiring and growing businesses that blend traditional strength with modern potential.
